Our Return Policy is simple, convenient and hassle-free.

While we would like you to keep and enjoy the item you’ve bought on JustClick, we equally want you to have the peace of mind knowing that an item bought can be easily returned within certain time-frames and conditions. After all, keeping our Customers happy is the whole point of JustClick and we’d love to hear from you at any time regarding any of your purchases made.

IMPORTANT: JustClick reserve the sole right to evaluate the condition of the item being returned and decide whether the item in question fulfills the standards or not.


  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
  2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of JustClick packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.

If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.


  1. Damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (faulty or malfunctioning) condition
  2. Delivery of a product that is incorrect (wrong) / incomplete (missing parts)


  • Items without original receipt slips or tags; as well as items that have been damaged will also be considered non-returnable items.
  • Customers must contact Customer Services for return and only when the case is approved the product will be eligible for return or exchange. If the product is sent without notice, it will not accepted. You will be required to send photos to our Customer Service to get approval.
  • Please be ready to provide the following information when calling Customer Services.

  • A sound reason why you want to return the product.

Issues like courier damage, broken in transit, product not in working condition, or any other related issue will be entertained if reported within 5 Hours of receipt.
